Saving time is important

Creating surveys can take a lot of time, especially when sending them by email. There is a risk of emails bouncing because of attachments, and it takes extra effort to sort through many responses.

MS Forms makes data collection easier and faster. Share a direct link so people can fill out your survey online without downloading files or opening attachments. You get instant results, and all responses are stored in one place for easy review.

Use charted results to automate your data analysis.

Forms helps you find useful insights from survey data with graphs. You can also export the results to Excel or upload them to another platform if you need to.

Look at the “Responses” tab to find more details in your results. Hover over the graphs to see what they show.

You can get started quickly with just a few clicks.

Microsoft Forms is easy to use, even if you are not very familiar with technology. Its simple interface means you can start right away without any previous experience.
